My ex has everything under his " new wife's" name and is in major debt- am i able to go after her for any money owing? Is this legal for him to do this? The car, house of dwelling, phones etc... is in her name....can I somehow garnish her wages at all ?...I am in Ontario canada and he is presently in Edmonton ALberta. As far as I know once he is in his own county he cannot be bothered, unless he returns to Canada. Check out the laws in Canada regarding U.S. immigrants who owe child support. I hope this helps. The Texas AG's office has been "helping". I have also contacted SupportKids.com. NO ONE has had any luck. At one point "I" tracked him down to Tennessee - he has "disappeared" once again. I am confused as to how/why this person cannot be found by goverment agencies with all of the "tracking" technology THEY have available.(?) Can you offer ANY advice?
