Find Deadbeat Dads

Roy Frederick Hall raised in Apsley Ontario. He is fifty years old and has never paid child support. Owed 25,000 dollars. He possibly lives in the Peterborough, Apsley, Kitchener, or surrounding area as that is where his family is based. They have lied to investigators from FMEP looking for him, he has stated he would never pay and if found would just run and go into hiding again. Stupid, I tell ya. I never went after spousal support, just the child support. FMEP found him last year and I received a years payment of tax returns. None of his income was garnished. He has now stopped filing income tax. Possibly works as a mechanic or in construction. Has not paid in 15 years and even though his kids are now adults…..it is still arrears after many years of hardship for us.
