Texas cs ofice has been unable to locate where he is currently working. Any info would be greatly appreciated. He also owes his 1st wife about 17000 in back child support. I have not seen a dime from him since 2005.

I am looking for Dion W.Hicks of Washing D.C he currently resides in the Dallas, FT.Worth area. He is Black male with short cut hair.
